Luxor temple
One of the biggest of the ancient Egyptian temples is the Luxor Temple. Today, it is situated in the city of Luxor on the eastern bank of the Nile River. Established about 1400 BC. For the worship of Amun Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, King Amenhotep III and King Ramses II constructed it.In addition to the remnants of a church and Roman inscriptions, the temple has a mosque in which the righteous Sheikh Abu al-Hajjaj, his sons, and his followers are interred.
